Robin Sharma graduated with honors from St. Stephen’s College in Delhi and completed his B.Sc., MA degree from Delhi University in Economics before joining the Indian Foreign Service as a diplomat at age 27 or 28 after being recruited by India International Centre. He then moved to the United States to work for Citibank. He worked there for six years before resigning to write full-time. Sharma currently resides in Palo Alto, California. He is featured in the films "Attracting Perfection", "Secrets to Success" and "What Matters Most". Robin Sharma also wrote a column for The Huffington Post called ‘Inspiration & Ideas’. The column was introduced in April 2011 and has appeared on the site over 70 times to date. Sharma is an active philanthropist and is involved with The Global Orphan Project.
